Grains usually arrive within a few seconds, but can take up to a minute. Close the Grains store and open it again to refresh. If they still haven't arrived after a few minutes, email us with the date of the purchase. You can find it in your App Store purchase history.

Open the Grains store (tap the Grains counter at the top of the Life tab) or the pack's screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Yes, if you're signed in to Game Center on both devices. Your Grains follow your Game Center account. Your game saves themselves stay on the device they were played on.

The free version of The Entirety needs an internet connection. The Ad-Free & Offline Pass removes banner and interstitial ads and lets you play anywhere, with no connection at all.

No. Rewarded ads are always optional, and you only see one when you choose to watch it for a reward. The Pass removes every ad you didn't ask for.

Age Down turns back time by a year (or more, with enough charges), undoing what happened. Potions you've bought are never taken away by a rewind.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, open the Grains store and tap Ad privacy options. Anywhere, you can turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Your game saves are deleted when you delete the app. To delete your Grains wallet and purchase records from our server, email us at the address above. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
